Underground Pool is The University of the Arts’ annual literary publication. It exclusively asks for submissions from all undergraduate students across every major in the school. This is a chance for students to gain exposure within the university community.
I was given the opportunity to work on the 8th issue of this publication by recommendation of the previous year’s designer. I worked directly with the faculty advisor, Elise Juska, writing editors, Amy Janotti and Greg Manley. They helped curate the choice and location of both textual work and imagery we received for the optimal reading experience.
